Five Practices of Fruitful Living

The first sermon series of this year was Five Practices of Fruitful Living.  The vision for the design in the Sanctuary for this was the use of vines, branches and fruit.  With some inspiration from various people and places the idea took off and this is what we did.

These pictures of the fruit topiaries were assembled using a glue gun, placing the fruit around the styrofoam forms and then gluing in between the fruits moss.  These were placed on the Communion table.

This is the final product after all the pieces were placed and set up in the Sanctuary.

Each week the corner was changed to reflect the topic of the week, that's what the below pictures show.

Our church has lots of talent but this particular time Gina De Los Santos helped with the fruit paintings.  One of them had been seen in the background of a show I was watching, I researched it, printed a copy of one and asked Gina if she could help me with this four during this particular sermon series and she graciously did.  Each week a new poster was added.  Thank you Gina!
